1. Service provider

2. Subject of the service

Through the website, it is possible to make a non-binding or binding accommodation reservation, and, where available, to order additional products or services.

• reservation of a stay date,
• submission of the customer’s contact details,
• selection of additional items, if available,
• submission of a booking enquiry or reservation through the form.

3. Reservation request and conclusion of the agreement

By submitting the reservation form, the customer sends a non-binding enquiry for accommodation for the selected dates.

After the form is received, the customer is sent an automatic email summarising the enquiry. This email is for information purposes only and does not serve as a reservation confirmation.

A reservation becomes binding only after the selected dates have been individually checked for availability and explicitly confirmed by the operator in a separate message sent to the customer.

The operator reserves the right to reject an enquiry or not confirm a reservation, in particular if:

• the requested dates are already unavailable,
• the enquiry contains incomplete or incorrect information,
• a technical system error has occurred,
• there is reasonable suspicion of misuse of the system or fraudulent behaviour.

4. Prices and payment terms

Prices shown on the website are either informative or binding, depending on the specific settings of the booking system. The total reservation price is displayed before the form is submitted.

• the price may vary depending on the date, season or a special date,
• the price may be displayed in CZK or EUR,
• the total may also include any additional items selected by the customer.

If the process includes online payment or payment by bank transfer, the customer will receive the necessary instructions after submitting the reservation or in the confirmation email.

5. Reservation cancellation and cancellation terms

The customer may request cancellation of the reservation by email or by another agreed method.

• cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee,
• cancellation 14 to 7 days before arrival: subject to individual agreement,
• cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: the operator may require a cancellation fee,
• failure to arrive without prior notice may be treated as a cancellation without entitlement to a refund of any amount already paid.

6. Customer obligations

• to provide truthful and complete information when making a reservation,
• to respect the agreed dates of stay,
• to follow the operator’s instructions and accommodation rules,
• to behave in a way that does not cause damage to property or harm to other persons.

7. Liability

The operator is responsible for the proper provision of the ordered service within the scope of the confirmed reservation.

The operator is not liable for:

• service interruptions caused by force majeure,
• temporary unavailability of the website or reservation form,
• damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer,
• circumstances that could not reasonably have been influenced.

8. Complaints

If the customer finds that the service provided does not correspond to the confirmed reservation, they may contact the operator without undue delay by email.

Any complaint will be handled within a reasonable period according to the nature of the situation.

10. Final provisions

These terms and conditions become effective on the date stated at the top of this page.

The operator reserves the right to reasonably amend or update these terms. The new version becomes effective on the date it is published on the website.

Legal relationships not expressly governed by these terms shall be subject to the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
